Customer Feedback & Our Commitment to Improvement

At Green Conception, we understand that choosing a solar/roofing contractor is a significant decision. Like any growing company operating in a complex industry, we receive a mix of positive, neutral, and occasionally critical feedback.

We believe transparency matters, which is why we want to clearly explain how we handle customer concerns and what we’ve put in place to ensure fair, honest, and professional service.

How We Handle Customer Concerns

Every customer concern is reviewed internally and handled through a structured process.

First, we review the contract scope, design documents, and communication history to understand the full context of the project.

Second, we clarify the scope and pricing.

Solar and or roofing projects can change due to site conditions, permitting requirements, utility rules, or homeowner requests. When this happens, we explain the reason clearly before moving forward. We conduct a site inspection before committing to any project and double-check with the property owner to ensure minimal, if any, surprises down the line.

Third, we follow a resolution path. If an issue is valid, we work toward resolution through clarification, correction, or escalation to management.

Finally, we document outcomes and use feedback to improve future projects and communication.

Why Solar Projects Sometimes Change

Solar installations are not one-size-fits-all. Changes may be required due to utility or city permit requirements, electrical upgrades for safety or compliance, structural considerations discovered during a site inspection, or homeowner-requested changes to system size or equipment.

When changes are required, our goal is to explain them clearly before proceeding.

What We’ve Improved

Based on customer feedback over time, we’ve made improvements, including clearer written scopes and system breakdowns, improved pre-installation inspections, more defined communication checkpoints during the project, and stronger internal review before finalizing system designs.
